Terms of Service

Last updated October 23, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Elegy Labs LLC for using Lil Sally, on elegylabs.com or inside ChatGPT. By creating an account or using Lil Sally, you agree to them.

1. What Lil Sally does

Lil Sally is an AI agent that finds job and internship postings that match what you ask for and applies to them for you, once or on a schedule (for example, every night). She fills out application forms using your resume and profile, submits them, and handles the emails employers send back. Features and supported job sites can change over time.

2. You authorize Sally to act for you

When you start a search or ask Sally to apply, you authorize us, through Sally, to:

• submit applications in your name to the employers and postings she selects for that search, using your resume and profile;
• answer application questions on your behalf, using what you've told us and her best judgment where an answer isn't on file;
• create and use accounts on employers' job sites with an application email address we manage for you; and
• receive, read and act on emails sent to that address, and forward them to you.

You can stop at any time: pause or stop a search, turn on dry run (forms are filled but not sent), or stop using the service. Applications already sent can't be withdrawn by us.

3. Your responsibilities

• Accurate information. Everything in your resume and profile must be true and yours. You're responsible for the applications sent with it. Review what Sally sends (screenshots and entered answers are in your dashboard), and use dry run if you want to check her work before anything goes out.
• Only for yourself. Use Lil Sally to apply for jobs for yourself only, not for anyone else, and keep one account per person.
• Account security. Keep your password safe and tell us at support@elegylabs.com if you think someone else is using your account.
• Eligibility. You must be at least 16, and if you're under 18 you need a parent's or guardian's permission. You confirm you're legally able to agree to these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• give false, misleading or someone else's information, or impersonate anyone;
• use Lil Sally to harass, spam or mislead employers, or for anything illegal;
• try to get around credit limits, sign-up limits or other safeguards, or open accounts to get extra free credits;
• access other users' data, probe or attack the service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows; or
• resell, sublicense or offer Lil Sally to others as a service.

5. No guarantees about jobs

Lil Sally helps you apply. She can't promise interviews, offers or replies, and we don't control employers, their hiring decisions or their job sites. Sally uses AI, which can make mistakes: a posting may not fit, or an answer may be wrong. She skips postings she can't complete, so a search may send fewer applications than you asked for when there aren't enough suitable openings. Applications are sent through employers' own sites and are subject to their terms and policies.

6. Credits, plans and payment

• Credits. One credit is used for each application actually sent. Dry-run fills don't use credits. Credits don't expire while your account is open, have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Plans. Monthly plans renew automatically each month and add their credits each time they're paid, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; you keep the credits you already have, and the plan won't renew again.
• Refills and auto-recharge. Refill packs are one-time purchases. If you turn on auto-recharge, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for the amount you chose when your balance runs low, until you turn it off.
• Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If something went wrong, email support@elegylabs.com and we'll look at it.
• Prices and perks. We may change prices, free credits and student perks. Price changes apply from your next payment, and we'll give notice before a change to a plan you're on.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under its terms. You're responsible for any applicable taxes.

Inside ChatGPT, you can see your credits, but plans and purchases are only available on elegylabs.com.

7. Lil Sally in ChatGPT

If you connect Lil Sally to ChatGPT, you sign in with your Lil Sally account and these terms apply to everything Sally does there. Your use of ChatGPT itself is governed by OpenAI's terms. OpenAI doesn't make or endorse Lil Sally. You can disconnect at any time in ChatGPT's settings.

8. Your content and our service

You own your resume, profile and other content. You give us permission to store, process and share it as needed to run Lil Sally for you (including sending it to employers you apply to), as described in our Privacy Policy. We own Lil Sally, the software, its design and the Lil Sally name and character. If you send us feedback, we can use it without owing you anything.

9. Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using Lil Sally and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, put other users or employers at risk, or are used fraudulently. If we discontinue Lil Sally, we'll give reasonable notice. Sections 5, 8, 10, 11 and 12 survive after your account ends.

10. Disclaimers

Lil Sally is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or produce any particular result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Elegy Labs LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data, arising from or related to Lil Sally. Our total liability for any claim related to Lil Sally is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

12. Indemnity, law and disputes

If you break these terms or the law while using Lil Sally, or submit false information through it, you agree to cover reasonable claims and costs that result for us. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at support@elegylabs.com so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be decided by the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except that either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Lil Sally after that means you accept the updated terms.

14. Everything else

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Lil Sally. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. You can't transfer these terms; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Contact: Elegy Labs LLC, support@elegylabs.com.
